Today's Eats - 12/17/09

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner: I ate the leftovers for Lunch and Dinner

Total - 3 Pancakes
- 2 Turkey sausage patties
- sugar free syrup
- 1/2 serving of hash brown casserole (my sister and I split it)
- egg beaters
- 2 bisciuts

Today's Eats - 12/16/09

Breakfast - 2 slices of reduced fat bread with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter - 3 P's

Snack - 9 Hershey Kisses - 5 P's

Lunch - 8 Pretzel Chips 2 P's
pepper jack cheese 8 P's


Dinner - 2 slices of reduced fat bread w/ 3 pieces of American cheese and spray butter 8 P's
- 8 peanut butter meltaways - 12 P's


Total - 38 P's - those chocolates put me over the edge. :(

Today's Eats - 12/15/09

As you can tell the last couple days have been crazy. Craziness brings back all of those bad habits. I need to get thing back to normal.


Breakfast: Cracker Barrel - 2 egg beaters, 2 turkey sausage patties, 2 tomato slices and 2 slices of wheat toast w/2 packets of sugar free jelly.


Lunch - Wendy's - Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and 1 nugget


Snack - 2 and 1/2 packages of tasty cakes - another one of those major weaknesses. If they are in the house I have to eat them until the whole box is gone. I told my husband not to buy them but he didn't listen.


Dinner - Pretzel twists with Mustard, 1 double cheeseburger and 10 fries.

Today's Eats - 12/14/09

Breakfast: Diet Coke Chocolate Cake (and lots of it). w/ 1/2 a cup of sugar free vanilla ice cream. 12 P's


Lunch: 1 slice of bread and /1/2 cup of chicken salad with craisins. 4 P's



Snack: 1/2 cup of hot spinach dip and 1 Pita and 3 Hershey Kisses. 12 P's


Dinner: I am really sick and decided to take cough medicine with codeine so I went to bed really early. No dinner!

Today's Eats - 12/13/09

Breakfast: Medium Blueberry muffin (breakfast at church)


Lunch: Veggie, turkey casserole


Dinner: Christmas party before my daughters Christmas play:
1/2 cup spinach dip w/ 0ne pita
3 slices of Bologna, cheese and crackers
1 slice of upside down pineapple cake
chips and salsa
3 Hershey kisses


Snack: 1 serving of baked tostitos and homemade salsa

Today's Eats - 12/12/09

Breakfast: 2 Slices of toast w/ 1 TBSP of peanut butter
Rold Gold pretzel twists w/ Hot Sweet mustard
100 calorie marshmallow puff



Lunch: 1/2 cup of chicken salad on 2 slices of bread


Snack: Rold Gold pretzel twists w/ Sweet Hot Mustard


Dinner: 3 slices of Dominoes medium cheese pizza - (My dad bought us dinner :) )


Snack: 3 slices of bologna, 3 slices of cheese and 3 reduced fat ritz crackers
- I bought it for a party at my house on Sunday and unfortunately got crazy hungry at midnight and opened it up and ate some. I really can't have this stuff in my house. It tastes way to good.

Today's Eats 12/11/09

Lunch: My new favorite - Rold Gold pretzel twists and Hot Sweet mustard



Chicken Salad Sandwich - I will share the recipe in a day or two. You will love it!





Dinner: Steamed chicken, shrimp and veggies served over rice with garlic sauce on top.




Snack: 3 slices of cheese
