If only I would have skipped that brownie after dinner. :(
Breakfast: 2 slices of light bread w/2 tsp of Peanut butter - 3 P's
Lunch: 3 slices of light bread french toast - 4 P's
1/4 cup of sugar free syrup - 1p
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs - 2 P's
Dinner: 2 salads with 3 TBSP or regular ranch dressing - 7 P's
1 slice of lasagna - 8
1 1/2 chocolate marshmallow brownies - 11 P's
Total P's = 36
