Today's Eats 12/9/09

Breakfast: 1 slice homemade toast with 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter - 5 P's

Lunch: 2 (3 oz) portions of Salmon - 8 P's
1 cup green beans - 0 P's

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups of healthy heart pasta - 7 P's
1/2 cup pasta sauce w/ mushrooms - 2 P's


Total P's = 22 P's
